Day 3: Clarksville & "The House That Built Me"
Currently sitting in my kitchen back home in Clarksville, TN. My mother is preparing a light appetizer for us to munch on while we dive into a much needed "catch-up" session while enjoying a few Irish Reds. Such a great feeling being back in the comfort of my own home.
I moved to Clarksville when I was 6 years old and have considered it my home ever since; the memories and friendships I have made while living here are irreplaceable. I am a lucky girl to have Clarksville as my home; it truly grows on you as the years go by and my, has time flown by.
So blessed to have the opportunity to come back home this weekend and spend time with my family. Miranda Lambert's, "The House That Built Me," is a perfect "welcome home" this evening as I sit and enjoy some quality time with my momma. Happy Friday, friends.
